Beverly Hills Gateway occupies an entire city block and serves as the ‘gateway’ to Beverly Hills’ Golden Triangle. The ground floor is occupied by a prestigious roster of retail tenants including TD Ameritrade and Chase Bank, while the upper floors consist of an eclectic mix of entertainment companies, law firms, and other high-profile tenants.

Following acquisition, Maxxam undertook a significant, multi-year renovation project that included a complete repainting of the exterior, remodeling and updating of common areas, and a comprehensive overhaul and expansion of the main lobby, which included re-configuring the expansive glass façade, and a new water feature as the new entry focal point.
