After acquiring the R&D facility in 2013, Maxxam implemented significant renovations and upgrades to the property to realize a rare value-add opportunity. Key features of the renovation included creation of a new building lobby and entry facade, enhanced window-line, renovated corridors, re-designed landscaping and surface parking areas.
