Maui Lu Resort / Entitlements

Maui Lu Resort is located on 27.3 acres of oceanfront fee simple land on the island of Maui. The property was acquired as a redevelopment project for a new timeshare complex. The existing 120-room hotel site was entitled into a 400-unit timeshare complex with 600 feet of shoreline, plus 6 miles of state-owned white sand beach on either side.
