As part of its entitlements, Maxxam obtained several development bonuses including ones for additional density and height. The property is located in the heart of the famed 90210 zip code of Beverly Hills, directly across the street from the City’s only Whole Foods Market. The project was designed by Levin Morris Architects and is expected to be delivered by 2021.
