Santa Monica Plaza Entitlements

Santa Monica Plaza is a mixed-use development project designed by Killefer-Flammang with 63 residential units and ground-floor retail spaces. The principals worked closely with individual neighbors, community groups, and the city during the entitlement phase in order to achieve an appealing design. This successful collaboration allowed Maxxam to secure all necessary entitlements, including variances for height, maximum density and floor-area ratio (FAR) before disposition as a RTI project.
